Our Goal for this Section
Hopefully, as we begin promoting this website people will want to get involved and become either a mentor or become a voice for us. The plan is to create a place for women in STEM to promote their work from publications, books, groups, and ideas, to essays discussing whatever they feel needs to be shared. We want to let the world know of your accomplishments and of you.
We know it can be daunting to create a blog or a website so we have gone ahead and done it for you. If you have something you want to share and get it posted all you need to do is send us some type of text file with a description of what your essay is about and we will post it for you on our blog and link it to this website. Your writing is yours, and we will make sure it is advertised as such.

Dr. Stacy Palen was the first physicist to volunteer to be added to our connections page. She has not only published several books but has even interviewed Bill Nye! She is active in the fight for climate change, is actively researching planetary nebulae, is active in her farming community and one of the most actively involved professors in her students’ success!
